Please understand that once your eyelash extension service has been completed and you have left the salon, we cannot offer refunds for any reason.

While we cannot offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you have concerns about your lashes, we offer complimentary adjustments.
If you're not satisfied with your service, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment for complimentary adjustments at no charge.
Lash Extension Refill Policy
Refill appointments are available to maintain your lash extensions. Pricing and eligibility depend on the time elapsed since your last full set or refill appointment.

1–8 Days Since Last Set

9–15 Days Since Last Set
- Good value for maintenance
- Maintains beautiful fullness
- 60–90 minute appointment

16–22 Days Since Last Set
- For noticeable lash loss

- 75–105 minute appointment

24-Hour Cancellation & Reschedule Window
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When appointments are missed or changed last-minute, it impacts other guests waiting to be seen. We appreciate your courtesy and understanding.
24-Hour Notice Required
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment start time. We require a minimum of 12 hours' notice to allow us to offer your time slot to another client.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice
May result in a late cancellation fee, typically a percentage of the scheduled service. Please call, text, or use our online booking system to make changes as early as possible.
No-Show / Missed Appointments
May be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service and may require a deposit to rebook. Same-day changes — reducing service time or changing service type — may be treated as a partial cancellation.
Appointment Confirmation
All clients must confirm their appointment by phone call or text message when contacted by our studio. If we do not receive confirmation within 8 hours of your appointment, your spot may be canceled or released to another client.

Accepted Payments & Terms
Payment Due at Time of Service
Full payment is collected at the time your service is completed. We do not offer payment plans or delayed billing.
All Major Payment Methods Accepted
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo).
Deposits for First-Time Clients
A $30 deposit may be required for first-time clients booking premium services. This deposit is applied toward your service total.
Gratuity Appreciated — Never Required
Our talented lash artists put incredible care and artistry into every set. Gratuity is always appreciated but never required. 15–20% is standard for excellent service.
