How to Book Your Appointment
Booking your lash appointment at Iris Lash Studio is quick and easy. We offer online booking 24/7 through our secure booking system. Whether you're scheduling a full set of classic lash extensions, a luxurious Russian volume set, or a routine lash refill, our system is available around the clock.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We respectfully ask for 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client and ensures our artists can plan their schedule effectively.
We understand that emergencies happen; however, those with a history of no-shows or cancelled appointments without 24 hours notice will be asked for a credit card to reserve your appointment.
Clients who do not notify us of a cancellation or no-show will be charged a $15 cancellation fee.
Service Concerns & Satisfaction
If you have concerns with a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours. Make sure to follow our aftercare guide to ensure the best retention and lash longevity after every appointment.
Allergic Reactions
No refunds are offered on eyelash extension services.
If you have an allergic reaction to a service we provided, a removal will be offered free of charge. We use hypoallergenic, medical-grade adhesives to minimize the risk of reactions. If you have known sensitivities, please inform your lash artist before your appointment.
How to Prepare for Your Appointment
Proper preparation helps your lash artist work more efficiently and ensures the best possible result for your set. Please follow these steps before arriving at our Midtown Manhattan studio:

- • Avoid caffeine (helps you relax during the service)
- • No waterproof mascara 48 hours before your appointment
